Sinead O'Pope

Years ago a beautiful, talented and opinionated individual had a touching hit song which mesmerized numerous age groups.

She was chewed up and spit out for physically portraying her political/religious beliefs by ripping up a photo of the Pope.

So Americans have condemned her for speaking truth about her dislike regarding a man who is a known child molester. How stupid does that make the human race? We condemn opposition of opinions before we condemn a man on noble power that does such detrimental behavior to children.

Truth always surfaces. Sinead O'Connor was simply ahead of her time.

Why behave that way?

Psychotherapists would say that most of our behavior is learned from childhood. As an adult we carry on such behaviors that we feel have worked for us in getting what we want. These behaviors are called "Defense Mechanisms" and are created by the ego to keep us from feeling pain or hurt. You may be surprised to notice, as you read the top 15, which defense mechanisms you have adopted in your lifetime.

Life finds a way...

Ran across a mortared wall of stone and to my dismay, this one batch of clover (weed) was growing vicariously about. Granted this wall had cemented all available space for our human eye to see, but apparently enough space had been available for water to seep through along with a seed to create life. The cycle of life always finds a way to perpetuate despite the tampering of man.

Beastiality!

What kind of visual pops up in your head?

The movie "Clerks 2" comes to mind.

Where are they now?

Meandering thoughts of screenplay loved characters that never reappear on the big screen. Where are they now? What has become of them... And... Most important... What do they look like?

Mr Peppermint

So this unique dude was entering into the high school today with his well selected attire. I failed to grab the phone in time for a front snapshot where you would relish in seeing his bow tie and hat :( But, for what it is worth, enjoy the fashionable vision of a young Mr Peppermint as he educated himself in a small town.

Backyard Buddy

I'd always cut my veggies and fruit outside on the porch while enjoying nature and letting my daughter play in the fresh air. Remnants or leftover bits I'd throw into the trees for wildlife to enjoy. One day I got a glimpse of my backyard buddy as he mustered some courage to show himself to me for some celery stems.

In the middle of the forest?

How does a tree just snap in half or break in the middle of a forest? Is it dry from lack of water? Was anyone around to hear it snap? Did someone lean on it who weighed too much? How did it get this way?
